It is recommended to measure your wrist below the wrist bone (towards the hand). Here's how each bracelet measures:

Adult - small (ideal for 15 cm wrist) : 17 cm

Adult - Medium (ideal for 16 cm wrist) : 18 cm

Adult - Large (ideal for 17 cm wrist) : 19 cm

It is important to clean and recharge your crystals regularly. Briefly, crystals have a vibrational energy of their own and they absorb a lot of ambient energies (they won't steal your good energies, be fearless 😉 ). After wearing a bracelet, the crystals have accumulated energy (from you and the environment) and have also shared and used their energy, it is then time to clean and recharge them.

I recommend doing it after every day of use, but you can do it after a few days as well.

---How to do it?

My favorite method is selenite. I think it is the easiest and fastest method. Selenite is a stone that cleans and recharges at the same time. There are SELENITE PLATES AND BOWLS (WHICH I SELL IN MY STORE 😊). Just put the bracelet on it for a few hours or a whole night and there you go, your bracelets will be cleaned and recharged!

It is also possible to cleanse and recharge crystals in other ways, but there are several restrictions and you need to be aware of which stone can use which method. Some examples are: the sun, the moon, running water, sage, other crystals, etc. I will let you do your research if you are interested in these methods. They are equally effective, but I personally like the simplicity of selenite!

All bracelets are made with natural semi-precious stones (also commonly named crystals), undyed and unheated. This choice was made to keep the natural and pure side of the stones and avoid chemical materials that can be harmful to humans.

The decorative beads are certified nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free (unless otherwise stated). Many people who have reactions to jewelry are allergic to nickel (it is present in a lot of jewelry, including sterling silver and stainless steel). Almost all gold charms are 18k gold plated or platinum plated (silver color) long lasting: this will be listed in the product description. Decorative gold beads are also mostly 18k gold plated.

The  sign ¤ is used to indicate 2 elements:

​-That the crystals are not sensitive to the sun (do not risk fading or cracking in the sun). It will then be written: “Ok ¤”.

-That the crystals may be sensitive to the sun, that is to say that they may fade and/or crack. This will be indicated by “No ¤”. Our crystals are no more fragile than those sold elsewhere. Fragility to the sun is only very rarely indicated. They can also remain intact in the sun. We just prefer to warn you.
